We understand that your plans to attend the event might change. You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no charge if you email us. Cancellations received on or before Friday, June 28, 2024 will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Registrants who cancel after Friday, June 28, 2024 or do not attend the event will be charged the full amount paid.

In consideration of Power Analytics Software, Inc. including me in its PAS User’s Group Conference: I hereby grant Power Analytics Software, Inc. irrevocable permission to use stories, quotes, written content, photographs and/or video taken of me in September 2024 in such manner and for such purposes in connection with its business as Power Analytics Software, Inc. shall see fit, including (but not limited to) use in its internal channels, external publicity, public displays, social media, and exhibitions.

I give Power Analytics Software, Inc., its licensees, and its assignees all rights to use my image and voice, and to publish, republish, or otherwise transmit the photographs and/or video in any medium anywhere in the world.

Every attendee must wear their very finest dope PAS SWAG or they will be immediately pelted with ice cubes. All participants are welcome to join in on the pelting. Attendees waive all water damage liability.

I agree that the images or video footage may be altered or modified in any manner and acknowledge that by signing this form, I give up all claims of ownership, income, editorial control, and use of the photographs and videos, and assign all rights of ownership to Power Analytics Software, Inc. I further agree that the images may be used to represent an imaginary person and that any wording associated will not be attributed to me personally unless my name is used.

I agree that I shall not be entitled to any additional payment for the use of my image or voice pursuant to this agreement, and I undertake not to instigate proceedings, claims, or demands against Power Analytics Software, Inc., its licensees, or its assignees in respect of their usage of the photographs and/or video.

We will retain and manage images and recordings in line with relevant American data privacy legislation.

I confirm that I am over the age of 18 years and that I have read, understood, and agree to the above.

All registrants agree that attending this event is in compliance with his/her company/organization’s gift and entertainment policy.

Due to the uncertainty related to the novel coronavirus SARS-COV-2 (together with any variation thereof, “COVID-19”) pandemic, attendee acknowledges that their ticket and admission to the event is subject to all government, venue and Power Analytics Software, Inc. safety and health policies. Attendee acknowledges that due to the evolving nature of the pandemic, Power Analytics Software, Inc. may continue to develop and update these policies in the intervening time between attendee’s registration and the date of the meeting. By registering for and/or attending or participating in any of the sessions, attendee acknowledges and agrees that they will (1) comply with such policies and regularly check for any updates to such policies; and (2) that attendance at the Event is conditioned on such compliance. Attendee agrees that they are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (as defined by the CDC).
